Kemesha Alli
Executive Director and Founder
Kemesha Alli, Executive Director and Founder of Patches 360. is a passionate advocate for children and youth, driven by a vision to transform their lives. A mother of four, Kemesha holds an M.Sc. from Lynn University in Boca Raton, FL, and is also a Laurentian University and Cambrian College alumna. Her extensive background, coupled with her deep commitment to community well-being, has fueled the significant growth and impact of Patches 360. Since its founding, Kemesha has steered the strategic expansion of this social enterprise, delivering impactful services and programs that equip children and youth with the tools, resources, and systems they need to succeed. Patches 360's mission—to develop and provide services and programs for children and youth—is deeply rooted in Kemesha's personal commitment to education and to supporting children within the child welfare system. Her dedication to positive change and humanitarian efforts is the driving force behind Patches 360's vision: to transform the lives of children and youth.

Charlotte Reyes
Executive Assistant
Charlotte Reyes — Executive Assistant, joined our company in 2023, bringing with her a strong commitment to continuous learning and community engagement.
In addition to her professional pursuits, Charlotte is a passionate advocate for community building. She has participated in various volunteer activities, including her involvement with the Mississauga Paralympics, where she contributed her time and efforts to support athletes and promote inclusivity in sports. Furthermore, Charlotte dedicates her time weekly to a local food bank, helping to address food insecurity and support those in need within her community.

Robyn Tomlins
Board Member
Robyn is a business executive with 25+ years of managerial experience in the Fashion and Consumer Goods industries. She has extensive experience in business development, strategic transformation, developing actionable plans, and building strong teams to drive operational success.
The success and well-being of children, youth, and families in our community is something Robyn cares about deeply. She believes in the importance of empowering young people by providing them with the resources, support, and tools needed to help them flourish in their future.
In her personal life, Robyn and her husband are parents to two children. They completed their family of four when they morally adopted their adult daughter, a former Crown Ward, who aged out of the child welfare system without a permanent connection. Robyn is passionate about the importance of permanency for all who have or will age out of care. She strongly believes everyone deserves safe, stable, unconditional connections with people who will care about and love them throughout their lives.

Stephen Williams
Lead Educational & Socio-Emotional Programmer
Stephen Williams is an educator, crisis counselor, and mindfulness speaker dedicated to empowering young people through positive thinking and action. With 25 years of experience in community service and education, he helps individuals and organizations build positive relationships and achieve their goals. He holds a Master's in Science in Education and uses cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapy techniques to foster positive change.
Manique McRae
Board Member
Manique McRae has more than 12 years’ experience working for the Canadian government. As a Research Analyst with the federal government, she conducted analysis on understanding the characteristics of entrepreneurs and innovative companies in Canada. She was also responsible for administering a national survey on entrepreneurship education across universities and colleges. With both the federal and provincial government, she has supported the administration and accountability of contribution agreements to deliver mentorship and funding programs to youth entrepreneurs.
She has served on boards in Ottawa, Toronto and more recently serving as the Treasurer for the parent association with the International School of Bangkok, Thailand. Her knowledge of board governance, policies and procedures are assets she carries forward.
Patches 360 is an organization committed to serving the children and youth in our communities. As a Board of Director for Patches 360, she welcomes the opportunity to give back to her community and contribute to the future success of our youth and the organization.
She has an Undergraduate and Master’s Degree in Economics, with a Mini-MBA from Schulich School of Business. When not at work, she and Michael enjoy raising their two girls, Hannah and Erica, and entertaining the shenanigans of their fluffy dog Maple
Pamela Romasanta
Board Member
Pamela’s educational background in disability studies, leadership, health and safety and business design has complimented her work in the social service sector. With several years of frontline and management experience in the non-profit sector she brings specialized experience from the disability sector including; developmental disabilities, mental health, Autism, Learning disabilities and Deaf community. Her work in the social service sector has supported many to enhance their skills and reach goals in areas of employment, residential and community inclusion.
Her experience in design innovation and program evaluation has supported the improvement of many community programs, inclusion and accessibility in various workplaces. She has received awards recognizing her strengths in developing community partnerships and collaborations, leadership and teamwork. Her ability to identify solutions to system gaps and deliver quality services for underserved communities has enriched experiences for many service recipients. Pamela has led various teams, enjoys mentoring and developing the skills of front line staff who are the new generation of changemakers and community contributors.
Pamela is always open to connecting with like-minded professionals to envision possible collaborations and flourish more positive community impacts.

Patches 360 is always looking for volunteer teachers who want to work with our students inside the facilities. We are currently looking for volunteers literacy tutors who can work online with youth and adults in the community.
